Qualifying for The Northwest Family
We are selective, not to exclude, but to ensure we maintain a community of dedicated professionals. Before you come on board, we seek:
- 5+ Years Class 1 Driving
- 3+ Years of Bulk Fluid Hauling or its equivalent
- 1+ Year Super B Driving
- H2S Alive and Standard First Aid Tickets (to be obtained before training)
- Successful completion of our paid-for pre-employment evaluations
